How often do you poop??

I just find myself comparing my bathroom habits to those of my friends and family. Just wondering how i compare. I know most girls don’t like talking about this but like the book says, everybody poops so let’s just chat about it!

I actually have IBS, diverticulum, and gastritis, and almost everything I eat makes me poop in about 30 minutes or a little over that. That's me!

2-3 times a day. But I am extremely active and eat high protein macros/hydrated so that is my goal per my trainer.

I don’t eat a lot but I poop prob once every 3-5 days. I’ve always went long periods without doing that, I’m not sure why. I’ve always ate good, but everyone’s bodies are different. My boyfriend does it everyday and it amazes me.

I have ibs so if I have a flare up it’s like 4 times a day if not more but on a normal day it’ll be like once a day maybe twice
