Missed miscarriage.
I found out yesterday that I had a missed miscarriage. I was supposed to be 8 weeks but I was measuring at 7 weeks 5 days. There was no heartbeat and no blood flowing to the fetus. I don’t know what to expect as far as how long it may take to miscarry naturally. Has anyone had this experience and do you have any info on waiting to naturally miscarry vs taking the pill vs a D&C?
