In 2018 I had a dream I delivered a baby girl... I had 3 girls and so bad wanted a boy, took a test two days later and it was positive ... she was born 2/15/19 but we were trying, harddddd so it wasn’t a shock 
Now, fast forward .. in sept 2019 I had an ovary and tube removed due to 11cmx8cm teratoma . I was in low dose birth control as well as breast feeding . I am 38 and was done having babies so no trying . I had to have shoulder surgery in feb, mid feb my husband rolled over in the middle of the night feeling frisky, I said suuurreeeee... one time in feb. I had a dream I delivered a breech baby boy and the dr said well I can see his balls and in my dream
I saw bright red scrotum as he came out ..... again NOT trying felt pretty protected w one ovary, birth control, breast feeding and stress of surgery on my 38 year old body in that month .... well 2 days later I had a nagging feeling took a test and my son is now due in 3 ish weeks .... so yes dreams can be a sign

I've had several dreams about being pregnant and holding a baby since ttc been almost 2yrs hasn't happened yet.

I have noticed the more I think about it, the more likely I am to dream about being pregnant or finding out that I’m pregnant. It’s a wonderful thing to dream and I hope someday it becomes reality. Baby dust to you 💕
