Trying to concieve

I’m between 9/10 dpo feeling pretty discouraged this cycle .. I had a ear infection so I’ve been on antibiotics I don’t know if it would affect my chances this cycle.. test negative so I guess I’m out period due in 4/5 days.. had some cramping a few days ago .. 🥺
