I drink in moderation before ovulation and don’t drink at all during my TWW. Really though unless your partying really hard or binging it’s probably fine to have a drink or two.

I did but I had an early loss and then nothing for 2-3 months. I was upset but I decided to get hammered with my friends and let loose for one night. Ended up being the cycle I conceived 🤷🏼‍♀️
