Panorama test

So my first test they lost my friggen blood, now my clinic has switched to using Natera for tests and were like you’ll get text and email updates as it’s processed. Well I signed up for all that and all I’ve gotten was an email saying they received my blood a week ago. When I log into my portal with natera it says my test is complete and has for 5 days, but when I call my dr they say they don’t have it. I even emailed natera to ask if completed means it’s actually done and no response, that was 4 days ago. I’m so annoyed! Anyone else have natera for their lab and actually get some updates?
