So our 1 year old HAS to have milk at night
I dont want his teeth to have bottle rot because he already has 8. Yet he will scream his head off at night when we put water in his cup instead of milk. & this last week he actually drinks 2 cups of milk now instead of the usual one. My question is, what is the best way to go about this so that it doesnt mess up his teeth.
