8w tissue

So I’m 8w and I miscarried at 11w5d in June and now I’m so worried about this time. I just passed a small small amount of greying whiteish tissue. Is this a sign of miscarriage? I’m really trying not to worry my self but I’m unsure. I’ve been sooo sooo sick everyday, sore boobs and still have them all. I’ve had no cramping just gas cramps. I have had diarrhea past couple days but was constipated before. I had a scant amount of brown spotting last night like minimal amount barley could see it. But with the tissue today I’m worried. Anyone have any ideas is this miscarriage or is it normal or??
