First Appt with Gyno - Possible Endo

Tomorrow I meet with my gynaecologist first the first time. I’m 28 and have a 2 year old. We have been ttc for over a year now with a miscarriage and blighted ovum just this summer. I think that I may have endometriosis. Severe pelvic pain leading up to ovulation time. And when I have my period it feels like my vagina is going to fall out. I am trying to make a list of everything I need to tell her. Any tips on what my gyno needs to hear?
