We had sex tonight but he had me belly down while having rough sex with me , I’m not bleeding or cramping but can it hurt anything ?

Just sleeping on my belly is uncomfortable at 19+4! I personally would not be putting that intense pressure on my belly. Do doggy instead lol

As long as you are not bleeding excessively, cramping, or the Dr tells you otherwise do what you like and can still feel comfortable doing.

Your baby is very well protected by the amniotic sac and fluid. I'd just suggest not putting all your weight on your belly when you're in your 3rd trimester for fear of prematurely rupturing your water
