Sinking into severe depression

Made it to 20 weeks today. This journey is so so exhausting. I was diagnosed with back to back subchorionic hematoma until i was 13 weeks. They resolved around week 14. At 19 weeks I was diagnosed with a short cervix which may cause premature delivery. My doctor called me just before thanksgiving long weekend started on Friday saying he will fax my prescription for vaginal progesterone in order to prevent preterm labour. He never did. Its been 3 days. It makes me feel as if my doctor knows I wont be able to have a successful birth so he just didn’t see the point in working on it? Is that it. Now in in bed waiting for nothing actually. What a life....
