What's the best stay at home method?

I mean the third option isn’t being a stay at home mom...
And then the other option would be just staying home and not working. Which is what I do and what’s best for my family.

I work from home as a freelance designer so I don’t work a consistent 5 days a week but just here and there. It was very hard to juggle work and a baby so we got a nanny twice week so I at least had that designated time to work. 
If you want to work I highly suggest getting a nanny to help because I am home still and able to spend a lot of time with my kids. If you are looking for more adult interaction then I would work away from home. 
I have a one year old and a 2 year old.
