Hormonal acne 😔
I had mild acne in puberty, went away, and when I was 20 I got the Mirena IUD. I have had bad cystic acne for 4 years now and have had on and off success with varying solutions.
However, I have to wear a mask at work everyday and I can't seem to get it under control! I know it is hormonal acne, are there any tricks that target this source? Any mask tips? Thank you!
