So it might be too soon to tell, but could it be triphasic?

I have sore breasts since yesterday, my cervix is hard and medium hight with what seems like mucus plugging the opening, as I don't feel it like normally, and the cervix has this thickness at the start of my uterus that goes down like a step of stairs towards a narrower end of the cervix. (Did I explain properly? Like a very noticeable ridge)

Don't mind the cycledays. I always ovulate two weeks before my period, but my cycles are around 60 days long (sometimes more). Problems of PCOS....

Here is my temps two days later. My bbt seems to keep rising. I take my temp vaginally, because I'm a mouth breather.
