F U clear blue

I have purchased 3 boxes of 2 clear blue test and 4 of them were faulty. One in each box at least. This one I took today showed up blank after urinating on it and when I took it apart there was no strip inside. I’m so frustrated. How does refunds work with the company?

I’ve heard clear blue are really good at giving you coupons for new tests if you have faulty ones. I would contact them for sure

The box should have some sort of contact information on it I would just contact them and explain what happened
