Does any of you ladies experienced lower back pain constantly? literally i can't move, it hurts like hell...

According to this app if i am preg i would be 4 weeks and one day, does any of you experienced this and also i feel like not cramping but teasing in lower... Also i have acne not bad but here and there...

My boobs doesn't hurt it normal pain not something extremly. If anyone have these symptoms and is pregnant please give your experience down below
