What does round ligament pain feel like

I’m 15 weeks and I can’t tell if what I’m feeling is just cramps or round ligament pain, they are sometimes lasting for a few hrs. It is mild but if it were cramps I guess it makes me kinda nervous, does round ligament pain just feel like cramps?

Round ligament pain feels a bit like a pulled muscle to me. If I stretch or move too quickly it’s a sharp, sudden pain, not a cramp.

I get a shooting pain but sometimes it aches in that spot for a while after. It is normally in your lower stomach on the two sides.

For me it happens when I stand up too quickly or move a way I shouldn’t have and it causes a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and into my groin, it doesn’t last long tho, longest was like a little over a minute

For me they just feel like mild period cramps. I’m 10 weeks Friday and I’ve been having them for a couple weeks. Had them with my last pregnancy too.
