Workout ideas?
What are some workout ideas you girlies would recommend?? Something not too crazy. I’m about 280 pounds and I want to do some exercise that won’t push me too much. With COVID I don’t want to go to the gym because ppl don’t wear masks, I have a guy I know and he posts pics all the time and there’s hardly anyone wearing a mask. The park by our house just brings back terrible memories. I know this sounds silly but it really brings me down and doesn’t motivate me to work out. There’s a bike trail but I’ve had several people we know tell us they’ve run into bobcats/ other animals since it’s practically woods with a narrow little trail. So some at home workouts would be great💗
My dad told me that I had to lose weight if I ever wanted someone to love me, hold me, kiss me, etc. I know he’s right. I was eating cake at my dads birthday and my aunt asks me if I had diabetes. Didn’t want to eat the cake after that. Family members will stare at me and talk shit behind my back and I’m tired of it.
