Implantation bleeding?
Was diagnosed with pcos in 2018, recently lost 115lbs. Period was 9/19. Today I have bright pink light discharge with ever so slight cramping. I was ttc for 3 years with no luck. Never really have off cycle bleeding and not sure what implantation/ovulation bleeding truly looks like. Is this something, should i be testing in a few days? Currently not ttc but yay if this is it!
