Pedialyte in 1st trimester?!

Who drinks it?! I am having a hard time getting fluids down especially water. Anyone drink pedialyte instead to help keep me hydrated and such? I’m assuming it’s fine for me to drink since kids can drink it?

Pedialyte is absolutely fine for adults who face dehydration but not for regular consumption. I wouldn’t replace water with it as you can cause an electrolyte imbalance. 
Maybe some flavored water packets can help make plain water tolerable for your taste and your tummy ❤️

It's great when you loose salts and electrolytes from vomiting, sweating ect. If your not it can actually make you more dehydrated because you are having too much salt and sugar. I would try a flavoured water instead. I find adding lemon helps me stomach water.

Yes it’s okay, but I wouldn’t drink it for your only fluid. I’m really struggling to drink water as well, but I can tolerate sparkling water (aside from the bloating 😬). I’m also drinking more tea, like white tea, peppermint, etc. because it’s a bit more tolerable than plain water. Ginger ale works too.
