High pressure ttc help

My question is for women who have high blood pressure now and suffered from preeclampsia during their previous pregnancy! I’m wanting to try again for baby #2 but I’m so scared because I had a horrible experience with my first born. I developed preeclampsia at 32 weeks and had to have an emergency C-section. Now 7 years later I still suffer from high blood pressure. My question is how did your pregnancies go after preeclampsia? Did you also suffer from high blood pressure during your next pregnancy and also any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated thank you all in advance
