Gas pain 3rd trimester?

Ladies I am 37 weeks and this past 10days I been feeling lots of gas In my stomach but i seem to not be able to realise any. Everytime baby moves I get sooo gassy and when i go bathroom it's hard at that moment to even fart lol even tho i am not constipated but makes it hard to walk too. It feels the same like when u hold in ur farts to long that it's just too uncomfortable I cant even walk for long. Does anyone know why ? And anyone feeling the same. ?
