I’ve been struggling with my required diet

Fats and sugars are the enemy for me. I’ve been struggling and eating them cause I just feel like I want to eat all the time.

Yesterday was the first day I ate within reason and fasted a lot. I was proud.

Today will be the same because last night I planned out my meals for today and tomorrow. I count out the fat and sugar intake I’d be having daily, it makes me think more than twice about eating whatever.

My liver will not control my life, I will be healthy again. ♥️

I’ve been constantly up and down weight from 190-194. I want to be 160 so bad, I think after 2 months of fasting and following my diet officially, I can do it. 👍🏻
