Top is the start of it, rubbed everytime I walked hence why it’s so red. All the white marks are tape I’ve used to cover it with a light bandage just to stop the rubbing as it was so sore.

The hole was only a pin prick size at the beginning which is why I’m worried as it’s getting bigger and bigger

It got popped unintentionally and this is what I’m left with at the bottom

Is it normal?
