basically.. i’m on my gap year before going to uni next year and have been working part time in a pub and a salon. The pub pays me minimum wage and only gives me a few hours a week. this wouldn’t be a problem, however the management is so so so bad and my boss made me cry today. for example, i asked to have sunday off so i could focus on my important hospital appointment and he agreed but then scheduled me in for a nine hour shift anyway. So I explained that i couldn’t make it/ don’t want to work in case I hear bad news and he just got mad. he was just being a complete dick my whole shift and left me in tears when i got home. I really really really want to quit, but in this climate i’m not sure i can go without the extra cash. Should i just focus on my mental state and my other job, or should i persevere?
