flu-like symptoms? postpartum?

i have extreme body aches, constant chills going hot/cold, and just really feel like i was hit by a bus!! i felt like i was running a fever.. checked my temperature and wasn’t. i’m 1 month pp, have any of you mamas felt like this after giving birth? i’m terrified of giving my baby girl something.

This can easily be mastitis and you need to be seen ASAP.

I’m about a week and a half pp I had an emergency csection and I find that I lll go from freezing to burning up in a second also my legs get really sore like I’ve walked several miles which I haven’t. Idk how long symptoms will last but I’m sure at least for the 6 weeks it takes to heal
