Workout pains
Since the COVID 19 appeared I haven’t been to the gym. I went again two days ago and did an arm workout. While I was doing my workout, my left shoulder kept popping. Yesterday I was a little sore but not too bad. Today has been extremely painful on my left side to the point I can’t lift my hand above my head and it’s almost impossible to even move my arm without feeling like a million needles are stabbing me at the same time. I tried taking ibuprofen, putting icy hot on, a heating pad, hot shower, stretching, and ice but nothing helps with the pain. I have that gut feeling that something is actually wrong but my sister keeps saying I’m just sore. Any advice?
