You temp times are inconsistent so its hard to know how accurate your temps are.

If you’re unable to temp at a consistent time and are really invested in temping, I’d suggest getting a wearable. It can take some, but not all, of the variability out of the temps. 
I know some people who temp before they go to bed and that works for them. I would just try to find a way that you can a) be more consistent, or b) order a device that is consistent for you. Without consistency, BBT is next to useless and can’t really tell you much. 
Coming from a former night shifter, I understand! I bought a TempDrop and loved it. I will continue to use it after baby is born to see when I start ovulating again and avoid any unwanted pregnancy too-soon post-partum. That helped justify the cost for me.
