What could be going on? Tons of pregnancy symptoms, 7 days late, neg test.

I have one son already who is five . And it is totally possible i am pregnant. That all being said.

I have had horrible headaches, leg cramps, random heartburn which i never get except when i gad my son, but for me the wierd part was i spotted. Like i wiped and there was a string small but of blood like i started and i thought cool and put somthing in, period never came. Two days later eiped same thing bright pink but period never came. My overies hurt my right one specific. I had cramps about a week before i was due for my period i thought huh maybe ill be early but no. I am overweight at 220 so im wondering if that effects testing. Please let me know. I have been falling asleep everytime i sit down and even smell the cat litterbox when its clean. Im losing my mind.
