How long did the sleep regression last for you?

I have not gone through it with my son, (may still happen?) But I remember a lot of moms here were dying! I was wondering how often did your babies wake in the night and also how long did it last? My friend has a 16 month old and she's been doing this and screaming her head off most nights since 13 months. I feel like this is too long?

My son always wakes up at night. But he doesn’t scream nor cry. He talks, laugh and do animal sounds. I just let him and don’t intervene. Then he falls back asleep alone and wakes up again around 7-8. Sometimes I don’t even hear him.

We have been struggling for a week now. She is sleep trained but from a week she won’t go to bed in crib, she screams and cries for hours. I was frustrated and I took her back to bed with us. But it’s been a week and we are still struggling.

Been 5 weeks so far for our little man. His sleep has been all over the place. He was going to sleep between 10:30pm or 1:30am. Now this week he has been refusing naps and going to sleep between 5pm and 9pm but waking up between 3am and 6am. 🤷🏻‍♀️
