Plateau???
A little over a year ago I lost about 15/20 pounds. I fell off the wagon for a bit but would start again and this cycled for a while until this summer.
I’ve been having such a hard time losing weight/fat! I went to the doctor and got blood tested because I thought maybe I was pre-diabetic or had a thyroid disease. They all came back just fine and I’m not even close to being pre-diabetic.
I’m worried that the hospital just flubbed it somehow and gave me some results but I’d also like to believe that they wouldn’t do that.
I’m trying to work out at least 3x a week. I’m on my feet at work for roughly 6 hours and do burn some calories there. I’ve modified my diet some but maybe I need to go harder on my diet?
At the gym I always do core workouts and then move on to body specific lifting/exercises.
Why am I hitting this plateau? Any tips would be helpful! Also looking for accountability partners!
