Why is my period not coming?

Hi girls. Why haven’t i got my period? It SHOULD’ve come. 
It usually comes in 3 weeks and some days, it’s irregular. Now it’s Been a month. I have Sore breasts for over one week, but still No period. 
I haven’t had Any intercourse since last month, and last month 2 weeks after sex i got my period (wasn’t late, it was a real and heavy one as usual, definitely not spotting.) 
So What’s the cause?
Could it be pregnancy? I highly doubt it.. but i’m still scared.. and yesterday my ovaries started to hurt ..They usually never hurt 
(I might add that i took 2 plan b’s in 4 months. The last one was in june. But my period was late only the first month i took it)

The menstrual cycle requires a delicate balance of hormones and biological signals to all work in sync and properly. Just like everything else in the body, these things csn get messed up. It can be due to stress, changes in diet or exercise, or literally nothing at all that you can see. We can't control it or know that its happening unless you test daily. When ovulation is delayed, your next period is delayed. There is no limit to how much it can be delayed. But you can rule out pregnancy in this situation.

It could be pregnancy. But it could also be 100 million other things. Unfortunately our body's can be super sensitive! Stress can really mess with our cycles. You might test and if its negitive then give it another week.
