When can I nurse again...

My babe is allergic/intolerant to the milk protein and today, the Starbucks barista gave me the wrong drink (had triple shot + whole milk) I didn’t notice until it was 3/4 empty. Ahh! All of this hard work to be dairy free! I am so upset about it. How long do I have to wait until I can nurse again?

That’s a bummer sorry that happened, it’s so frustrating. I would keep nursing unless he’s got a severe reaction. I never know how soon or how long it’s a problem. 
I’m on day 10of dairy free and it seems easier this time (this is my 3rd baby having milk protein issues). I’m trying to decide if it’s really worth it this time as I’m not really seeing a difference in my DD. 
How long have you been dairy free? How do you think it’s going on general for you?

How intolerant? I had to cut out dairy with my son because he was intolerant would have really bad reflux and even get blood in his stool. But there were times I would forget and have some and he was fine.
