Help me please with my question.

So I had dark pink spotting last Saturday and Sunday and Monday and then I had light bleeding for 3 days like it was not a lot of blood. Then on Thursday I had one day of dark pink spotting and then this Saturday morning I had like light pink/ white cm. Can someone help me? I have the copper iud and I got it in on July 27, 2020 and then in August I was pregnant and then it ended in a missed miscarriage or another chemical pregnancy. My last period lasted 6 days. This month my period was weired. Thank you lady's for any advise.
