Sleeping with butt in air ?

My almost 4year old was sleeping with her butt in the air. Is this normal ? I thought she might have pinworms so I checked her bum. And I didnt spot any. Checked at 4am btw. Being the ocd person I am, Now I'm paranoid and cant sleep 😭
