Not at all implantation dips are not real.. dips mid luteal phase are common in both pregnant and non pregnant cycles due to estrogen surge..
Really the only true thing on bbt that can confirm pregnancy is 18+days of high temp... 
or if you have a triphasic chart (where temps jump up to a 3rd level) then that can be a good indication of pregnancy. 
However both of those two pregnancy indicators, take several days longer to show up on a bbt chart than a positive pregnancy test.. so the best thing to do is take a test around 12dpo ☺️ best of luck

Also you’re only 7dpo and implantation doesn’t happen til 6-12dpo. You aren’t out yet. It’s still early

No, it doesn’t mean you are out. Last month i asked ladies to share their pregnant charts and some of them did not have any implantation dip

Not all women experience an implantation dip in their charts. Manu women still get pregnant with a dip.
