What is that by my baby’s mouth?

The doctor said everything looked good at the scan but then when I got home and looked at the pictures I noticed that big thing in front of the mouth. Does anyone know what that is? Is it normal?

I’m not an expert but I have had two babies and to me it definitely looks like their hand is in their mouth. I’m sure if there was something concerning they would have let you know 😊 you can always ask at your next appointment to be safe.
