Toodler , milk allergy ?

So let me get into this My daughter just turned one 
Since she was about a month old she would cry but she would cry so much i thought it was purple crying but she would always spit up milk I brought it attention to my doc n she told me I was over feeding . I told her I don’t think I am i already have a another kid  bla bla bla 
Through would this journey of her turning a year my daughter can NEVER go poop normally she would poop normally one day the. Get extremely constipated that I would have to help poop and it would her from being so backed up or a laxative 
I done wte r prun and so forth
Fast forward to now I stopped giving her whole milk she take almond milk some days she’s okay other days she gets super backed up still that I have to help yet I’m not getting answers and it hurts her like she cry’s bloody hell when she’s able to push it out and I shit you not this shit it big lol like a grown man and it’s hard as hell that her butte hole bleeds

My daughter had a milk intolerance so once she turned 1 we stopped it. Toddlers don't need milk, they can get their nutrients from other sources. Raisins, fruit, water, and fiber 1 cereal help my girl if she's a little backed up.

Time fir a new pediatrician or at least get a second opinion from a different one. My son only  
drank Ripple unsweetened milk when he turned 1, it’s dairy free and has more nutrition than almond milk. Maybe try that and give your baby a daily probiotic it will help a lot.
