CRAMPS
Am I the only one who gets cramps and nothing and I mean absolutely nothinggggg gets rid of them? Hot showers, not really. Midol, it used to! Hearing pads, nope. I need help. I’ve been to a doctor and no one can tell me anything. I get them way to often, on & off my period. They’ve also become SUPER unbearable some days. And just about always at night🤕 Can never get a good nights sleep.
