So last night I fell asleep before my bf like I usually do, I remember him asking me for sex all at the same time I’m sleeping heavy and I couldn’t remember but I told him no, he asked to go down on me and I said ok but then I wake up to him having sex with me after I told him multiple times no sex I’m to sleepy .... is this rape ?

It’s not okay, that’s for sure. My SO and I work different schedules so one of us is often exhausted. One time I was really in the mood but my fiancé was really tired. He wasn’t asleep though, just relaxing, and was still responding to kisses. I was really in the mood and started kissing down his chest and stomach to give him oral but stopped first and kept asking him if it was okay, and he responded yes. We went on to have sex, but he was the one who put it in and while he was relaxed, he was awake and consenting the whole time. 
Another time I was really tired and he was really in the mood, but again he kept checking in to see if I was awake and still okay with it. We also both have talked before and I’m not against being woken up for sex so Ive already given that consent. I did say no one time when I was in a deep sleep and hadn’t been feeling well all day and he respected that. 
Long story short, we’ve been there, but that is not the way your story should have gone. If someone says no, or isn’t awake to say yes or no, that’s not consent.
