GD at 8 weeks
Hey everyone! I was diagnosed super early with GD due to being pre diabetic before pregnancy. With diet and exercise ive gotten my blood sugar numbers down for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner I normally sit around 130-150 And my fasting sugars are between 110 and 130. Does anyone have any advice as to what to do to help lower either my after dinner or fasting or both? Favorite foods that wouldn’t make sugars go up like crazy? Honestly any advice you have would be great, this is my first pregnancy and I wasn’t expecting this to happen this soon into it. Thanks for reading!
