Moving out *HELP*

So I need some help with my current situation, I'm 19 and I have a 4 year old daughter, me and her father are not together and within the next few months I'm going to be getting my own place (I live with my parents atm). However, the house I'm going to be living in is about an hour drive from where my baby daddy lives and neither of us drive, he's not happy with me moving and taking our daughter.

The house I'll be living is is right next to a school which would be suitable for her, I've said he can see her, I'm not stopping him but he insists on her living with him?? I honestly don't know what to do any help or advice would be great😔
