Needing words of encouragement

My daughter is 4 days old. From the start breastfeeding has been horribly painful! Found out at her pediatrician appointment yesterday she has a tongue and lip tie. She also lost more weight than we would have liked. I don’t want to give up breastfeeding but my nipples are scabbed, sore, and bleeding. She has such a shallow latch I worry she is getting enough. We have a weight check Saturday and hoping for improvement. I have a lactation consult Thursday too. I want to keep going but so hard! 😫
