Induction due to big baby?

Any moms have inductions at 39 weeks from macrosomia diagnosis alone? I’m just curious because I have an ultrasound tomorrow to follow up on his size. I’ll be 39 weeks Thursday so I figure they’ll let me know whether they want him out this week or to let it ride. My daughter was 8lbs 7oz, so I knew my son would be big as well. I just wasn’t expecting it to be as big of a deal as they’ve made it thus far. I don’t have diabetes, hypertension, or any other conditions to prompt early delivery other than his size.
