so i got a blood transfusion from my c section and i have a follow up appointment would they want to do blood work on me ?

Girllll idk the answer to this, but I had the same thing done. It was awful!! I’m 6 days pp and still trying to gain my strength back from the surgery/ blood transfusion. Of course gaining your strength back while taking care of newborn twins isn’t going to happen either haha just thankful we are alive and well!

They should especially if you got blood. They will most likely check for hemoglobin and iron levels.

They probably will check you blood levels just to make a sure your doing ok. And might check iron level to see if you’re anemic.
