Anyone have any idea why my screen keeps saying the same thing? It hasn’t updated since they received my results.

It looks like your doctors office chose to not have the tests released online. You will have to get the results from them. I had a different screen which tracked progress then eventually let me review results online. Call the doc office if it’s been over a week!

I didn’t even have this option. My doctor just called with the results.

It says last updated on the 21st. Mine said that for a few days like it was updating then it goes by quick
