Sex, HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK?

For my married folks, who live together.. how many times would you say is healthy to have sex throughout the week? .. also without getting sore and feeling discomfort/rash? 
Are there any products you recommend for avoiding the soreness? Any info is appreciated

I would say however often the couple wants to. There is no right amount. One or twice a week is normal for me and my hubby. Some people would say every day and some would say once a month. It’s whatever works for you and you’re spouse. Also, lube helps enormously with soreness.
