I have always liked lipstick but i never have really ventured out of the cheap basic wet & wild ones or whatever my other female family members have.

What’s the actual decent brands? Ones that will stay on?

I think I like matte perhaps and definitely want to find a decent black one although I mainly do shades of pink that just make my lips pop a little bit more.

I heard putting on chapstick first is better for it to stay on?
