Flirting ?

I was hanging out with a group of friends. So one guy and a girl were sitting by each other on the ground in front of a couch, we all were sitting together watching a movie.The guy keeps playfully telling the girl to be quiet and he does this by touching her lips each time with his fingers. He also pinches her cheeks. They both share a drink, but they also share the drink with another friend (yes i know covid i told them thats gross). A friend who is sitting on the couch behind them says “i need to stretch my legs and puts his legs down (he was sitting with his legs up on the couch). His legs are between these two now and they start to complain and tell him to move his legs. Also, this whole time we are watching the movie these two keep playfully stealing each others phones.

So i think this is flirting. No one else thinks this is flirting. Am I overthinking? Asking just to see if others think its flirting.

Why does it matter- i dont want to say background info on these two. Just want to know if its flirting, because then that wouldn’t be good (i cant explain it further). Just need help to know if it is considered flirting.
