Won’t be in town during ovulation

I will be out of town this month for work during ovulation. So far I’ve only been using the app to track and giving myself until the new year to start tracking ovulation in other methods. I know I ovulate bc I get pain and have been ovulating while at the dr, everything is very regular, so didn’t want to add stress unless I had too.

I guess my real question here is has anyone gotten pregnant 3-4 days out from ovulation only? Today is my last day in town before I fly out.
